STORM is a slice-of-life comic with elements of adventure and horror, set on a small archipelago located somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean.

Lars Thorvaldsson lives on one of the islands with his family.One day, their (more or less) peaceful life comes to an end, when a sudden catastrophe strikes, forcing the family to seek shelter on a different island and to uncover long-forgotten disturbing mysteries of the past.

The comic contains sensitive topics and themes such as mental ilness, isolation and loneliness. Moreover, because of horror elements the comic is not suitable for readers under the age of 16. Appropriate warnings will be specified in the description of each chapter.

About the authors

The idea for the comic orginated back in January 2023. I've been developing it since then with the help of @uktoer-art who is also responsible for additional character design. They also drew the portraits in the "Characters" section of the website. They work on a fantasy comic Borders which you can read here
